Caravan Information 2006 Season

Anchorage RV Park is happy to accommodate caravans. Please make your reservations as soon as possible, as there is limited space available and we expect to fill quickly. Below are rates, what is included, deposit requirements, and cancellation policy.

Basic Site Rates* (No tax): Early Season May 12 ¡V June 20 $31 (per site/per night) Peak Season June 21 - August 20 $34 Late Season August 21 ¡V September 15 $31

Basic Site Includes: Full hook-ups (water, sewer, electricity ¡V 20/30 amp) Free use of shower facilities; and BBQ pavilion for your gatherings. (Please reserve in advance.) We offer one complimentary wagonmaster site for every 10 units in your caravan.

Upgrade Rates (No tax): $4/day additional to Basic rates (above). Upgrade sites include the added features of 30/50 amp electric, cable television hook-up, and pull-through access. These are generally closer to the restroom/laundry/shower facilities than our large group of Basic sites. Please see the table below. Subject to availability.

Deposit: A 25% deposit is due 60 days prior to your reservation and final payment is due upon check-in. Changes to your reservation should be made no later than 30 days prior to your arrival to ensure availability.

Cancellation Policy: Full refund of deposit if canceled 30 days prior to arrival date. 50% refund of deposit if canceled within 14 to 30 days. No refund if canceled 14 days or less. Changes will be accommodated if possible.
